Our client is a well respected specialist sub contractor operating in the London residential, fit out and refurbishment markets.
From their offices in South London and primarily operating in the City they work on behalf of a range of high profile clients offering a service from concept through to finish. Their project values range from £500,000 to £5 million.
Due to recent expansion and the need to develop their commercial team a need has arisen for an Intermediate/ Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
It is an immediate need for a surveyor to commercially manage several of our projects, and to join their surveying team, based out of their London office.
Ideally applicants will have specialist subcontract experience, preferably of a joinery and / or fit out nature, however they would look at other options, including ex main contract surveyors who may be looking to a different career direction.
